Wondering what that sound could possibly be?

It's the sound of cowbells being used to cheer on the walkers at the San Diego Chapter's Walk to End Alzheimer's. 

Then, slow down the sound, and you get the odd distortion that you hear on this video clip. 

If you didn't already know, in addition to bringing joy through conscious dance, Belle also leads a dance entertainment team - Flavor Company Dance Entertainment. They donate their time at a few events each year to cheer on race participants. They also have a silly tradition of taking a slow-motion finishing line video - filled with as much drama as possible.
